Our experience started with an appointment that included a 30 minute arrival window, which is outstanding. Most companies give you a 4-8 hour arrival window. Becky showed up on schedule, and started with an assessment of our needs.

Carpet stains were pre-treated, and Becky supervised entire cleaning process to ensure that the work was done thoroughly and quickly. Fee of $135 for just under 1000 square feet of carpet was very reasonable.
